Mediate.co.in is an independent, informational resource for anyone in India trying to understand how a dispute can be resolved without going to court. We explain mediation, arbitration, conciliation, Lok Adalat, and online dispute resolution — how each process works, what it costs, how long it takes, and whether the outcome is legally binding.

The site was built because the gap between people who have disputes and people who understand ADR is wider than it should be. Court proceedings are expensive, slow, and public. In most cases, a faster and less adversarial option exists — but only if you know it is there and how to use it.

What this site covers
