You may also choose to provide a company or organisation name, countries or jurisdictions involved, and an urgent deadline or hearing date.

We use submitted information to review and respond to your enquiry using your preferred method where practicable, correct website content, maintain correspondence, and protect the website against misuse. Please do not send identity documents, financial records, privileged communications, medical records, or other confidential or sensitive material through this general form. Submitting a message does not create a lawyer-client relationship, mediator-client relationship, or confidential professional engagement.

Consent preferences and cookies

Analytics are optional. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you grant analytics consent, using the same consent choice that controls Plausible. When analytics consent is declined or withdrawn, these optional analytics scripts do not load on subsequent page visits.

The contact form sends submissions through a server-side route to the site's configured SMTP and email service for delivery to info@mediate.co.in. The intended production configuration uses Hostinger-hosted email infrastructure.
